You have to watch the first episode so you can find out about the baby :D Although they did mention it last night...

Yes, that is the one my son downloaded for me. He said the same thing, that the first episode is the one to watch and how funny it is. But of course, I have a BRIGHT SUNNY DAY outside, since I had something else I wanted to do.
But I'm not complaining, the TV show, luckily, will wait.

I love sunshine! Did I say yay spring already? :weee

Well I got some more things planted, and worked on the path situation a little. I am working between rainstorms so not progressing very fast. Today we had some good spells, but I wasn't feeling well so couldn't take advantage of it.

Milking is going well, we get a little more each day. I'll be interested to see what Ginger produces after we sell the male kids. I'm really just milking her more for practice and for a chance for her to eat her grain. She is too thin and I don't want to drain anything more from her system, but I do want her first freshening to be useful, so I milk out about a half cup. It is harder to milk one of her sides with the extra teat. It gets in the way although I can still milk it. But I have to milk her from behind. If not, the milk squirts all over.

I don't think the duck is broody anymore.

I DO think I have baby rabbits coming however.

My daughter dropped by today with her man and the baby. This was the first time they have seen the rabbits and the baby dairy goats. My granddaughter was pretty cute with them. Her new favorite food is eggs so of course we sent them home with a dozen.

Not much else going on here......just waiting for all this rain to ease up.

My bread is coming out GREAT....Hubby is so impressed. I'm getting better each loaf.....

Barred B, so SORRY about your bunnies. I was looking forward to my two having them at the same time as yours. I'm still not sure that Sister is pregnant, but Nana has made her nest already. But surely you will have more chances now that you have more buns.

We had a quiet Sunday here, both sons gone for the day. Hubby is grumbling and stumbling around because he just remembered the car has a flat, right when he needs to go pick up our son. Course it is now raining. I'm doing a hee hee hee because I hinted to him earlier when it wasn't raining that it was a good time to do chores.

Well today my rabbits are due.....and FINALLY I'm sure Sister is preggers....she pulled hair! Yay! :weee

I think Nana might have had hers, she was sitting in her nest and I didn't want to disturb the hair and such needlessly. I'm going back out to fill their bowls in a few and will check again what is going on, but I was quite excited to see the second bun had pulled her hair. I bred them the same day but she was so shy and her ...partner....so shy and polite, I wasn't sure he had convinced her that he had good ideas.

Anyone know if I should give moms anything special nutritionally? They both look in excellent condition to me.....I bought some really nice rabbits. I have already been giving BOSS and oats in addition to their pellets and plenty of hay, occasionally kitchen veggies.
