LOL! My last cat used to do that. She would clean Amira's ears. And Amira was much younger and would try to run away and Spirit would sit on her.

Both kitties are do for a quick ear swabbing. They're gonna love that. :gig

Speaking of kitties!! Pudding is finally (for the first time since we've had her) having a clean butt with no irritation!!!!! 2 days of anti biotics left and 2 weeks of probiotics.

The whole probiotics is so funny. Amira will lick the powder up. She likes plain yogurt, so I might see if she'll eat my kefir.

Anyway, Pudding rarely finishes all her wet food, so Amira goes and finishes it up. I have to actually follow Pudding around with her dish to get her to eat more because she gets bored or distracted and wanders. I give her her dish again and it's "wow! food!" and she eats more. We sometimes do this three times before she's actually full.... If I don't chase her, she doesn't eat it all, and Amira licks the bowl (and gets the probiotics).

Once Pudding is actually full, I'll hand the bowl off to Amira.

Pudding is also more active :) Playful again. Which is good cuz she's still a baby. She should be running around like a dork all the time (between naps). Usually about the time she gets energy back after an episode, she starts getting sick again. *crosses fingers we're finally getting to the root of the issue*

I looked out my window once, and Sugar had her food bucket on her head. I thought I was going to have to go out and remove it when she stuck her head down, and the bucket fell off. Then, she stuck her head back down in the bucket, picked it back up that way, and walked around w/it on her head. I think she must have been talking to OFG, and since she didn't have a cat w/a tin foil hat, used that instead.
yeah - i taught here that...
ha!

um.. i dont have enough hours in the day to tell you all the ridiculous things The Insane Cat Posse have done. i swear they lay awake at nite and come up with weirder and weirder things to do.....

My dog Rocky plasys with logs. he chews them, paws at them while barking furiously at them, then will pick them up (and they are huge logs), carry tehm across the yard, drop them and tehn start all over. He usually does this when he is excited, like when someone comes over. It is hilarious. Now, whats worse is he's got Cooper ( the new lab) doing it too, although Cooper is noat a strona g Rocky and can't carry them as far as Rocky can. I have logs laying allover the yard. I need to upload a video. It's hilarious!

I used to have two labs that would try to pick up big huge sticks together! the ambitiousness of some retrievers intrigues me!

I was using a probiotic I got at the pet food store, since she wouldn't eat yogurt or kefir and I wasn't willing to force feed her when stress is what kicks off her stomach issues lol. But that wasn't doing the trick, but the one from the vet is. It's a Purina one. Flora-something.

Fortiflora? I love that stuff. I'd like to know how to make my own like that product though. There is a dog version of that too but it works especially well on cats.

I love watching those kinda shows like funniest dog and cat videos and animal talent contests.

That is why I was wondering what was in it. I've seen some cats lick that off of dry food, it must taste good or taste like something they crave. It is nice when the "medicine" is something natural like that.
