I love that pug picture! My niece has a pug so we have them "in the family."

Here's a shot of Ernest, with Buffy coming over to steal his bone.

He's a 2 year old purebred mutt, rescue dog from Taiwan. And he's the bestest doggie ever!

This is Tobias. He is my second Rottie. I got him as a surprise b day gift from my dh. He just turned two about a week ago. He is very mischievous and always in to trouble. But very good and watching the house and chasing off the coyotes.

In this pic hes all tuckered out at the desert.

My GOODNESS I bet he is good at watching the house. His eyes look very sweet but I wouldn't step FOOT on your property with a guard dog like him there, that is for sure...unless you were inviting me in, of course. He looks very nicely bred. I used to work for a rottie breeder, he looks a bit like her dogs.

We have Yankee Golden Retriever Rescue here in New England but it's the same situation. Plus they won't let families with kids our son's age rescue. So we did go to a breeder for Indy. Kobi was a rescue as were the three dogs before him and Jack who came after but has since passed on. Stan, the pug, was not exactly a rescue but he was not in a good situation so I guess, semi-rescue would be more appropriate.
I love those dog pictures. It's a good thing the kids weren't around to see the pug pix, I'd never hear the end of it. :) We have a pug/brussels griffon mix that we got when the DW's step mom passed. I'm a "big dog" fan, but the little things are so ugly, they're cute. The kids want more!

Thanks he comes from good lines. He is actually a real sweetie. You just have to know how to be top dog.

Some people just don't get that.

I only had one rottie rescue, he was a big galump, not a pretty boy. Fun and a good dog though and his person loved him like crazy.

I had a rottie/aussie foster more recently, I'll have to tell her story at some point, she has one.
