Those babes are so adorable. You must have a better picture than I do because I don't know how you could tell their sex. I see an overly bright image. Maybe it is my computer. They are awful cute though, I can see that! Those adorable tails go a mile a minute.

Hey I'm back, whew. Feeding frenzy over

She has a signal to tell what sex the kids are 1 finger = boy, 2 fingers = girl. I learned it on the marestare message board :D
No report yet on if there was a fourth.

Sigh - now I have to make an emergency grocery trip for something the hubby needs tomorrow Bye again :frow

I wondered why she held up two fingers. I thought she was saying there were two more!

Mine, no.....I have about a week to go. We were watching a live goat cam with a birthing going on. It was really cool. All the action is over now, but I watched her pull a kid out of mama and then watched a second one born a little easier. The kids are so cute! That was a great primer for me considering what I have coming up next week!

Don't ya just love those wiggling little tails? Now I'm really excited.
It was good to see a more difficult birth - good stuff to learn about just in case. I need to get some lube and towels...
Oh joy - we are supposed to get blasted with Arctic air next week :/ I guess it's better than ice.

FYI - Phoenix has another one that can go anytime so keep an eye out! So exciting!

I wish I could have heard an explanation of what she was doing when she was reaching inside!

I think my goats are not having three each, thank goodness.

That goat sure looks like she could be hiding a couple more babies in there. Since I am don't have any goats can someone tell me if that is normal? How long before her belly starts to shrink?

SD and Java good luck with your upcoming birthings. Java, I saw that our weather was supposed to get really cold next week, maybe she will wait till it passes?

Some goats - especially if they've kidded a few times - just don't snap back very well. Kinda like humans :D Totally normal.
I do hope the super cold doesn't last long :fl
