Very cool... And unique for sure! I love one offs like this. You can't buy something like that in the store unless you wanted to take out a bank loan.

Can you PLEASE get a close up of the joinery for me? Where the top and bottom rail attaches to the posts on either the headboard or footboard would be great!

I'll get more detailed pictures today.

The top caps of the corner posts are slightly over 9" sq. And is 2" tall topped by a 1/2 in cap. Well, ole paw paw finally got sand in the box - 960 lbs / 8 CuFt worth. My grand daughter should have a good time playing in the sand box now

More satisfied customers... Well one at least my youngest granddaughter ain't so sure she likes sand on her feet. But paw paw, dinosaurs don't live on the beach, they live in the jungle!

Youngest granddaughter likes the sand box now. Guess it takes some getting used to feeling sand between your toes . This cat proof sandbox turned out to be one of the better things I've built in a while.
