That reminds me, a cousin's baby boy had a hernia at the naval, and the doctor told her to keep pushing it back in and to keep it bandaged (like a belt around the middle). It worked.
So maybe your pushing it back in is working. We can always hope. :D

Awwww!!!!

Shadow & Lucky butt from time to time too, but I can tell it is in play. They do it very softly. Dixie on the other hand, if she feels annoyed by the young buck (wether) she lets him know very quickly. *thud*

I'm so glad I'm not the only one who uses a switch for goat control. Lucky tried to butt us a few times when we first took possession of him. That habit got taken care of quickly, I have children. Apparently Dixie & Shadow's former owner also used one, as they watch me, but not skittishly when I have one.

Here are some pictures of my hernia belt. Hopefully it will give you a better idea. That front piece goes around their chest to help hold it in place.

Side view hanging, should have 3 straps on the top of the animal and one around the chest.

I got my cuddles in a little while ago. I really should take some video of them while they are little too.
Mine love to jump on my back and shoulder. I try to discourage it, but they often get my by surprise. I have been making sure I wear protective glasses and a hat.

I am sick and too tired to go out and do much. Taking little pip popping goats out for a walk and some nibbles is just about my speed.
