Will do Cindi. Feel better soon.

I want to share something that happened to me years ago. I was on my way to prayer meeting. It was extremely cold out and I did not see a patch of black ice on the road. I hit it. Next thing I know, I'm heading for a telephone pole. I froze. This was B4 air bags, and I was in a small pick up. I FELT the steering wheel move-w/out me doing it! The truck straightened out and rather going to prayer meeting, I went home. I wasn't going to chance hitting another spot later on.

I honestly believe that if it had not been for God's intervention, I would not be here now.

Thanks Deb!

I have had similar interventions happen to me as well...scary stuff at first, until you think about it and realize WHO is alwys by your side no matter the circumstance :)

Praying for you WBF, for the illness and for the CAS crap.
Deb I hear you on the car crash thing! My 17 year old son just totalled our car last week, hit a dtich, a rock cut, flew back out of the ditch, spun up in the air and landed 12 feet from the point of impact...and Praise God he walked away with no injuries except a small bump on the head from the headrest! I know that was meant to be, for whatever reason. But God was there with him and didn't allow him to be hurt...just carless...which is fine with me!

This last couple of weeks has been very busy for me, haven't been online much. But thought I'd peek in and see how everyone is doing.
BB, hope this coming week is better on you than the last one was, everything happens for a reason, sometimes just to teach us something...but God has a plan for each of us.

Got Chantecer eggs in the bator tonight, hoping for a good hatch!! Spring will be here soon enough!

Oh he wasn't being careless, he was trying to get home in an unexpected blizzard after taking his girlfriend out to dinner. He wasn't speeding, but should have probably been going slower than he was though. But we all live and learn!

My youngest son totaled a car this year too...New Year's Eve. Wasn't drinking or anything like that but was driving about 1/2 mi. down the road from his apartment to a gas station and the windows were fogged(that car's defrost did not work). He hit a telephone pole going 25 mph! Totaled the car and he wasn't hurt, just a sore knee. It was his brother's car!

I've always heard that God protects fools and children and this must be doubly so when children act foolish.

Here's an inspiring article about Clay Walker...anyone remember him? Cute, wholesome fella with great music?

I'd never prayed for wisdom before but after reading this, I think I just might....Heaven knows I could use it!
