Suggestions on how to use blackberries

Omigosh, blackberry wine!!!! Seriously.....really good stuff, my parents have paid to go pick them the last 2 years and the wine was so good they bought 25 blackberry plants this year!

Here in Maine it is a crazy blackberry season. Never seen so many. We picked over 125lbs. Stopped counting after a while. My chest freezer is half full with blackberries. I have 7 gallons of wine in the works, tons of jam and of course a couple pies.

I would say freeze them and make jam later. Then you will have some cobbler berries and a little jam.
