I swear bok choy is like the perfect plant to grow. it is super hardy, grows quick, produces a lot of seeds so you only have to buy it once, tastes good, the chickens like it, it is super healthy and nutritious, doesn't need a ton of space, was a lot more pest resistant than my cabbage and collard greens, and it looks cool once it begins to bolt
