Good for all who have and are taking on the challanges. :thumbsup I find I do better when others are doing the same. Helps keep the fire going I guess.

Good luck to all.

God Bless

30 days - no sugar ....... See chocolate comment below :)
30 days - no caffeine....... I couldn't do this... I LOVE chocolate and tea way too much.
30 days - walk 10,000 steps a day - this will have to start after pregnancy, I'm on a semi-bed rest for a while.
30 days - read the Bible, Koran or any other holy book in 30 days - although I'm not religious, I have always wanted to read the bible, but I doubt that I would have time to finish in 30 days
30 days - bike to work - I work upstairs (in my house... lol)
30 days - walk 4 miles a day - I can't do this until I'm not pregnant, but will start ASAP
30 days - no cheese burgers...... mmm... I only eat homemade ones... I'm going to change this one to no fast food/take-out.
30 days - no coke, pepsi, dr. pepper,,, no soft drinks - haven't had any since I got pregnant, so five months now
30 days - read something new - working on Eat, Pray, Love

I'd like to add:
30 days - find a fun new activity to do with Aeryn (15 month old daughter) every day for 30 days.

i think im going to sriously think of 50 things for my 30 day chalenge, the roginal list is good for those with those specific vises but just wouldnt work for me for a number of reasons (ie i havent had anything with more caffine than green tea in over a year and a half as it upsets my tummy ect...lol)

but i do think i can come up with 5 good ones.
i already know
1: do something creative everyday...my muse has been realy lazy lately, i think shes hibernating so its time to wake her up and get her exsersizing

ill have to come up wiht some more though. figure ill start march 1st :D

I've come up w/3. Think I'll spend the month of March working on them, and see how far I get. The hardest one for me is going to be spending 30 minutes in prayer. I pray throughout the day. But, when I sit back and try to spend a longer period of time praying, my mind starts to wander.

Took this from another web site. ( Thank you Kev for the thread) Loved it so much that I had to share it here. I have done 2 on this list so far. I am working on others:

I would like to challange every member of this forum to make a change to their lifestyle for 30 days. This can be anything - but you have to put forth some kind of effort.

Examples - but not limited to:

30 days - no sugar
30 days - no caffeine
30 days - walk 10,000 steps a day
30 days - read the Bible, Koran or any other holy book in 30 days
30 days - bike to work
30 days - walk 4 miles a day
30 days - no cheese burgers
30 days - no coke, pepsi, dr. pepper,,, no soft drinks
30 days - read something new

If you cheat, or miss a day - you have to start over.

Start a new thread in the forum - name it whatever your challange is, and keep the community updated.

Go.
Go - yourself some people have real challanges to face.

MY real challenges are not something I go on a public forum and tell the world, I'll pass thanks. Why be so negative over something meant to be positive or am I misjudging your response?

I would say this exercise is more in the interest of personal growth, not a "challenge" in the sense that is normally thought of.

~gd stop being so snarky will ya? Of course people have "real" challenges and sometimes, for some people, little things are the biggest challenge. Not to mention, small changes, and small accomplishments, can be inspirational for your own confidence and for others. So why not share?! :hu Nobody is making anyone do this, it's supposed to be fun, and you're sucking the fun out of it :barnie
