I am not deceived! I know there's at least one more snow storm headed my way, so I will soak up the warmth and sun, whine about not being able to plant anything yet, and wait for that white stuff to make a final appearance and ruin my Spring mood! :D

Ffft! I woke up to snow! It turned to rain around 10am and rained pretty good today. Again.... I'm getting tired of the heavy rain. Our high was 47 out here. Tomorrow is supposed to be a repeat.

My chickens are starting to think they are actually ducks. Even their covered area is starting to swamp in some.

They are forecasting this year to be similar to last year for us. Which I guess means we might get 8 days at 80 again if we are lucky. I shouldn't complain about lack of heat, but this rain is bringing me town.

I'm with you... WA is beauteous, but mostly because we don't remember what color the sky is or what that warm bright thing in the sky feels like anymore! By the time summer comes we are half-crazed due to cabin fever! This year I finally got some brains and decided to get early varieties of the most important garden things. I am tired of willing my garden to produce fast enough.

While I do enjoy the warm weather I am a bit concerned that we are in a stretch of 70's when normally it would be 40's. I just wonder what the summer months will be like, and the bug issues due to the mild winter. I have been moving plants around, but I refused to start up the lawn mower.
