today we started setting up for the seed swap on Monday. for a first time small event it looks nice.

i have some more work to do this weekend but at least i got the bulk of the work done that needed to be done. the rest is just frosting on the cake. :)

the first two pictures i took with my new digital camera back in spring of 2008. of course purple flowers and crocuses... i've had another used digital camera and then my most recent camera since then. time sure does go by fast. :)

i had this blade on a table and eventually i put some papers over it and then i rearranged the papers and somehow got the blade in between some papers. then one day in December i went to take the papers from my room to the recycle bin in the garage. as i took them to the garage the blade fell out and stuck in the floor and i did not hear it. i walked back in the house and went to my room and did not see the blade sticking upright in the floor until later on I went to go to the kitchen and I saw it. right away i told Mom about it and she came walking from her room into my room and managed to not disturb this blade standing upright in the floor and then i got pictures of it. i’m so glad we didn’t get hurt as those blades are pretty sharp. i still have that blade laying on my desk because i haven’t put it away yet - i need to put it in or on something else to protect it and us from it…
