I'm glad I'm not the only one who had pie for breakfast today!
I figure, it's mah burfday, I'll eat chocolate silk pie for breakfast, and all snarkers will have crust thrown at them.
Screw the carbs, I wanted pie.

And do you guys seriously do laundry EVERY DAY?
Holy!

2 loads of laundry today. One tiny piece of cheesecake and 1/3 dark chocolate bar. And yes, I do laundry almost every day.
I worked out for almost an hour, then I looked at photos of celebrities without makeup as a morale booster. :D It worked. Dang some of them are nothing without makeup and hair extensions. :sick I feel good! :bun

Yup, and know who else's birthday is today?
LEONARD NIMOY! :bow

I'll be watching some Star Trek tonight, for sure. It's a yearly ritual. I also always listen to Leonard Nimoy sing "The ballad of Bilbo Baggins"

I should clarify that I don't *only* watch Star Trek on birthdays.
We're the sort of people who own the box sets of all the series :hide

Me, I'm proud to be a raging dork, but Josh is a little shyer. I tell him you've just gotta let your geek flag fly

I suppose I can have a shot with you guys, I already ate pie, the day is lost!

You guys got an early start this friday.

But I am ready to join you. I only have vodka in the house. I think I'll open up a jar of plums and mix the juice with some vodka. Oh heck, that is too much trouble, I'll just have a shot. I did 2 loads of laundry so far and got another in the machine.
My accidental plum wine is very sweet and not very alcoholic, I'm gonna have to fix that.

SO's hunting buddy is up and they are planning to get some turkeys tomorrow. The hunting buddy brought a whole lot of food and is making all the meals :weee
We used to make big bbq meals with the works, when he would come for a visit. The problem is, he often dropped in. And then he also wanted to have free eggs and free peaches and free vegies and all that free stuff got to be a little much.
About a year ago, I started making meals using just food we had in the garden, when he would "drop in" on us and expect to be fed. So we would have spaghetti with tomato sauce and little or no meat, kale stew, minestrone soup, fritatta. I guess he doesn't care that much for meals like that and has been bringing food and preparing it.

Ok, where's my shot glass.

Cheers to the birthday Girls!!! We Aries do tend to run a bit on the brainy side. I loooooooooooooooove Star Trek!!!! :woot

So yes I did about 3 loads of wash today. Just one more and I will be finished until we hit the road. I think I have loaded about everything I own into my fifth wheel. Except the kitchen sink, cause it already has one of those. :D

We have to go to dh Mother's tomorrow for her annual Easter egg hunt. Aka "Gross display of wasted time and money." I stopped participating 3 years ago when money started to get tight for us. I still let my kids go but I don't send any invites. This is my way of meeting her half way. Since we will be in Mo. for Easter. :ya

I am thinking about spending my Easter at Bakersville in Mansfield. Maybe picking up some heirloom seeds and drooling over their heritage breed chickens. So I have a 14 ft garage on my toy hauler. I am trying to calculate just how many animals I can bring home with me.

I am thinking two goats, half dozen chickens and my aunties heifer had a steer two days ago. What do you all think? Ok maybe thats the alcohol talking. I doubt my dh would allow the animals.

Any ways, I am taking my laptop with me because I know a couple of the KOA's heve wifi but in the holler(I think thats what it's called) there is no service. I sure will miss you guys.
