Thinking about getting my day started........ thinking I said!
Happy Bday to all our Bday friends!
I spent the whole day yesterday running around, stupid errands. Didn't get any laundry done therefore no shots I just didn't earn any.
I did suck down a couple cold beers when I finally landed on the sofa at 7:30.....I was asleep by 8:30!

Old Fashioned...I have to threaten my son too....what is it about boys who think it is ok to keep wearing the same clothes? I guess I can rest assured that he has not yet tuned into the power of girls

Even though SO and I really like it.
There is definitely something aobut little boys not wanting to change clothes or take showers. DD's friend had a little brother whose hair always smelled like peanut butter. We think he smeared it in his hair to cover the smell of shampoo

FD--OMG I was taking a drink of my ice water when reading your post and nearly choked. Why ARE boys that way. Though I will say 10 yo occaisionally will use deoderant (and I think that's cause he can't stand himself ) I think 8yo just don't care.
Dace-Yep in a few years it'll all change. Then we won't be able to keep them out of the shower or keep enough soap, deoderant, after shave or hair care products on hand. Not to mention 3 x the laundry for ENDLESS clothes changing. I'm thinkin boys aren't THAT much different than girls.

Well Old Fashioned......my 14 yr old still shows no interest, although he does get up at 5:15 every morning so that he has time to take a leisurely shower.
The funniest part though is that his 16 yr old sister does not like to be alone in the dark....so she rolls out of bed when his shower turns on and sets up camp in his bathroom to do her make up while he is in the shwer. The girl has her own bathroom....but for some reason he does not mind the company.
Any day now he is going to toss her out on her ear...I am just waiting.
