Grew the Nantes the past two years, loved them. They canned up nice, too.

Those 3 dozen impulse peppers Jamie
I have space for them laid out already. This is the space I had previously planted.

I may plant some corn in there - still intend on buying in bulk from the farmer up the road.

Maybe some brussell sprouts. I'll need to decide today. :hu

Okay, I settled on a both an early variety and later variety of corn, green beans, and zucchini. I may throw in some more black beans if I still have space.

Had a massive wind and rain storm last night, and the suckish thing about living here is our side yard turns into a freaking wind tunnel! My snow peas took a real beating, one almost completely snapped off. I'm irritated, but I hope that the plants will survive. I'm gonna have to find taller stakes. :(

The garden is IN!!!!!! I am eying one little patch I forgot about where I may throw in some cuke seeds tonight.

I went with mostly corn, had help from the kids, so I was able to pound it all out.

The last row of corn, we dropped some pumpkin seeds every so often down the row, the vines can run out into the yard.

Hot, hot, hot, so the watering chores have started. I like this much more than the constant rain.

Off to my day job......
