I'm out of almond mail! *wails*

It's okay though. Instead of inventing a pumpkin pastry to stuff with beef and onion... I'll stuff apples!

Diced beef, onion, nutmeg, cinnamon, pecans... core an apple and stuff it all in!

Four apples, really. We each get one.

I'm having a late night picnic out in the snow for Halloween night. We'll all be in costume :D

Can't believe I forgot I was out of almond meal...
Almond meal? That is just ground almonds right?

Yes, but I don't have any almonds either :D

*laughing*

And my food processor is packed. So I can't get them fine enough. Le Sigh.
Coffee grinder probably wouldn't get it too fine either. There goes my idea.

Ok, do you soak your almonds and dehydrate them in the Nourishing Traditions way? All of my almonds are pre soaked and dehydrated at the moment.

abifae (do you pronouce it like abby fay?), we tried to stay up until 12:00 on Halloween but couldn't do it, we all fell asleep @ 10:00! Since we live way out in the country, we didn't get one tricker treater to keep us awake either!

Anyway, Real Food dinner last night: Baked spaghetti squash sauteed in garlic, sea salt and butter. Served prawns sauteed in butter, garlic, wild mushrooms and onions. I don't even have any left over for lunch today! :( It was sooo good!

ETA: I wrote butter one too many times!

Well it sounds like you had a good time then! :)

I always have at least two big pots of soup per week...we will even eat it for breakfast. I love soup! Did you mention what kind of soup you made?
