I live in a small town in Vermont I try to be as self-sufficient as possible. We havve Chickens, and have not had to buy eggs since late summer. We are avid bird hunters. (upland birds, and ducks). We will also harvest a deer or two. I have yet to shoot a grouse though.
I love to ski an hunt as well as rear pheasant and raise chickens and ducks. I plan on raising pheasant for profit next year, and making some money selling my peppers and homemade hot sauce.
