Is it a really bad thing i forgot to put in the lemon juice?

no it shouldn't hurt them if you forgot the lemon juice... I dice mine and can them in plan water and they do just fine... they do look great!

The lemon juice thing is not a big deal IMHO, unless you are using some newfangled low-acid variety of tomato. Which you're probably not.

Thanks! The John Deere is actually a salt and pepper set, but I've lost one and made that one a tooth pick holder!!!!

And here I was thinking maybe all you had to do was add water to get a tractor, and was wondering what other brands you might be able to get. Oh well.
