Great job on getting rid of the Teflon!
A while back, every time I used to have a scrambled egg my throat and sinuses would be very irritated, almost like I was allergic to something. Then I realized.. TEFLON COATED PANS. I started using a cast iron pan and no more issues.
Recently my SIL gave me a plastic laundry basket full of 'school supplies', which included several sets of plastic cooking&food items, a roll of paper towels, a stack of paper napkins, and a jug of store-bought laundry detergent.. NONE of which I use very often. I admit to using paper towels sometimes, but the rest, not so much.
