I make pies with spinach and add it to pizza sometimes. It's lovely when it's not boiled to death.

A few years ago I was visiting some friends and looking at their vegetable garden. The husband of the couple told me his wife grows spinach, he can't stand the stuff, he will not eat it!! I asked him if he ate my mom's spinach then, if he has such strong feelings agains it. Yeah, it was that bad lol He burst out laughing, but wouldn't let me convince him to give it a try anyway..

With my family members (except for some who say they aren't rabbits so they're not going to eat rabbit food) we LOVE our meat but LIKE veggies and will eat any and all veggies.

Hubby used to be like that. "I'm not a rabbit"

I've managed to get him to eat them, and now he likes them. It helped that we ate real chinese regularly for a few years when we were apartment dwellers. There was a tiny restaurant and their food was cheaper than buying ingredients and tasted a great. Lot's of veggies and little meat.

Good Chinese food is awesome! I lived close to a Chinese restaurant some time ago and shared a landlord with the Chinese guy that ran the show. He was happy to meet and feed his neighbour and gave me a wonderful meal, with extra everything… including fresh chillies! :hit Don't get me wrong, I like chillies, but I do not have a metal mouth and he was very generous!

I like almost all veggies. Maybe some aren't my favorites but I'll eat them. Two foods I loathe are bananas and ketchup. Gross!

If you don't like "cooked to death" cabbage I have a recipe that most people enjoy. I cut bacon up in to small pieces and cook it together with a little onion - then I cut cabbage into narrow strips and saute it in the bacon fat until it's just barely done - not mushy. It's really, really good!

And for those who don't think they like okra...if you ever get your hands on some that's dehydrated until crispy and lightly salted. It's addicting! We call it "c-okra"!
