Thanks, FC...We are currently just under a flash flood watch for Saturday night, 5" of rain expected...I'm more worried about the wind & all the tall pine trees around the house. :/

If I don't post next week, you'll know the power's out or I got a pine tree in my kitchen!

oh gosh --no one needs a pine tree in their kitchen

I hate our crappy pines. We have them along the back fenceline and around back of some of the barns. they uproot easy and are not strong.
We cut many down, goats killed many and wind took the rest.

every time I see a little cruddy pine growing I stomp it...lol


hope it doesn't nail you too bad. we got some rain I believe but should not be near what you are going to get.

busy busy day

off to 2 grocery stores with coupons
saved VERY WELL along with some free stuff (free is great LOL)

didn't spend alot...so that was great but stocked pantry very well



then off to 2 stores to deliver soaps

wrapped tons of soaps
making tons of soaps LOL


Nicole brought home Emily from school...swam for a few hours and I made fast spaghetti and they are outside goofing off.

Gotta round them up and haul Emily back home. Man I am tired today. Tony off to some auction he wanted to check out...he left at 6...who knows when he will be home? probably run into a bunch of buddies also.


other than that I want some rest. went full speed all day actually. I am not used to that anymore

Nicole did sleepover at Emilys house. Very quiet and fun night for me and hubby


hubby still sleeping and that is rare to have such a quiet house in the morning LOL

Nicole should be home around 12-1 I think. will call and find out

have to hit the store but I don't want to actually....but shopping without Nicole means saving money! Then again if I take hubby it could mean a very very more expensive bill HA HA


Pretty day outside. chilly this morning.


Gotta hit the camper and do a bit of cleaning. Leave Friday for a 4 day trip to the beach. Tony wants to surf fish, and pier fish----I want to metal detect (have that diamond ring on my mind) and Nicole wants to swim and play. win win for everyone!


so off to get some stuff done....everyone enjoy this nice day

too tired to go to school.....huh, that ain't happening LOL

sleepovers are done for a while....too long of a weekend for her and she is super tired and getting adjusted to school so time to put the stop to sleepovers and just a few playdate hours on the weekend.

man oh man what a pain gettning her on that bus LOL LOL

hubby had to lay down the law and practically throw her out the door crying. She said her legs were tired LOL --I called the teacher and she said she is fine and smiling and having a great time...hmmm---nice teachers gave us their cell phone numbers to call if necessary during school hrs. Great school she has!!!!



ugh so that drama is over


Tony to work on a tractor today. I am off to shop and get a few things I need.


then home to get some crappola done that I have been needing to get done.

a small whine from Nicole saying she was tired and didn't want to go to school....LOL
but when she gets there she has a blast. ugh, kids --but good morning so far


answered to ton of emails requesting how to order soaps. I am getting ready for the big push. Sept. is a ton of people wanting info to get soaps for Christmas presents....so got that done finally.

working on soap biz as usual

laundry maybe, got caught up ok finally.


kinda rainy looking outside.

have to work in camper for leaving friday to hit the beach.



other than that, fun day if I can make it a fun day, but at least it will be easy LOL

easy breezy day for me today

love it LOL


chilly outside but will heat up fast today, sunny and nice

been turning off AC a bunch of times so that saves a dime.....




wrap soaps


take dog to groomer at 10. being darn near all white, he gets yellow...lol...so I love $15 bath wednesday. nails, hair trim, bath and ears all for $15. Sounds good to me! beats trying to hold that wiggle worm in the mud sink. almost impossible haha

threw a bunch of watermelons to the goats. they took 2 bites each and walked. I tell ya mine don't like any kind of extras. grass and grain and browse makes them happy. So I am sure I will have volunteer watermelons in the pasture next year lol



countdown to trip...leave friday about lunch time. can't wait. ah, the beach is calling me big time!
