Yay!!!!!
Does it count if I have already had goats before? LOL! I LOVE goats!!! They are the most fun of the whole barnyard!!freemotion said:Another one over to the dark side!!!!
Oh and I am going to have to have pointers on milking...this doe I am getting that is in milk is about 17 months old, first time freshening....she may be a pain I don't have a milk stand yet either This was almost spur of the moment. But, I am getting a GREAT deal on the 3 goats, and was looking to get some within the next 2 months anyway. This just moves the whole process ahead a good bit. Wish me luck...better yet PRAY!! I don't really believe in luckfreemotion said:Yes, it counts....I had goats as a kid. I feel like I am starting from scratch with my gals I have now!
The kids are a few months old. She has never been milked. I have all the wood, and just need the screws and stuff to get it put together too. AND I have to go to the hardware store tomorrow anyway so... I'm good, just a wee smidge late getting startedfreemotion said:How old are the kids, has the doe every been milked, and is the buckling intact?
Get that milking stand thrown together fast! I built mine all from salvaged materials, just the screws were purchased.
