Just yesterday she was simply having a glass of water and the glass slipped out of her hand and crashed into the sink. Then she cut her finger on the glass getting it out of the sink.

I have a million stories...every day it is something new, which makes for an interesting day. Spilling, tripping and falling are her specialties though. :p

She has busted up the same knee over and over to the point that she has a built in knee pad of scar tissue.

I think of her as my third St. Bernard (I have two real ones). They are big, dirty, clumsy and very happy. Cuddly too, she gives great gorilla hugs :p and I wouldn't trade her for the world. :)
Goodness...DD does the same stuff over and over. She won't have real skin by the time she's 18 it'll be scars from head to toe! She stubs her toe about 3 times a day no joke..you'd think she'd wear steel toe shoes by now  she'll do something else to hurt herself by bedtime.. *sigh

ETA: She broke 3 plates at the same time a few months ago  I forgot about that  She put a stack of about 8 or so on one end of an empty dish drainer and they all fell between the counter and fridge and 3 of them shattered everywhere! and they say corelle is unbreakable..pshhh...they just haven't met MY KID!

Maybe some kiddos are just really klutzy at this age. My daughter is over 5.5 now, I attribute her klutzyness to growing tall really fast. She has always been the tallest in her classes.

Being a young teen doesn't help, I think they are programmed to be side tracked easily. :p

It is comforting to know there are others out there who are also dealing with this though.

Oh gosh honey when DD was 6 she was a walking ad for Band Aids! They owe us some serious ad fees from that kid! Yours will grow out of a LOT of it by the time she is our kids ages.

BBH, yeppers on the DS. He was 2 and just walking when we moved into our current house. Old house was all carpet, here we have vinyl flooring in the kitchen. Like clockwork, he would walk into the kitchen, and then *THUMP* MAN DOWN**

The latest bone break is thankfully the only one so far that resulted in him needing a cast. But we have 6 years of tackle sports yet to go..... :th

I just took some taco flavored deer jerky out of the dehydrator!! It's pretty darn good too. DD likes it :) I did some experimenting with flavor and it tastes just like a taco
