With the storm that came through the Midwest yesterday, I thought I might find you and the family sitting in our front yard. DS forgot to take the flag down yesterday as the storm blew in, and the extra "sail" power added by the flag let wind bend the flag pole over at the base.

Oh wow...glad you all were okay! that was a tough storm. we didn't get any damage, just the hail, and it wasn't too bad. I hope that is the worst of the season, but it's just April

I think the first round of peppers I started with the 'maters and cabbage are making their appearance in the seed pots. I didn't get a good look in the daylight before running out tonight, but DS said they're sprouting. I'll have to look closely in the light of day.

Okay, I thought they would have been safe in the house (no plant-munching goats in there as far as we know).

It's supposed to be warm this weekend - I'll see what I can get done outside between the rain storms

That's okay I still have some seeds...somewhere... to start some more Tabasco's and I bought a few cayenne plants just in case. those goats are about to be barbecue :/ I definately have my work cut out for me with those veggie munchers around here.
