Can ya'll tell I got nothing done today? I have been on here over half the day. I did get the car serviced and did a little shopping, but the house.....uh is still dirty and messy

I got into it with my male parent today...made his BP rise, so I have indeed accomplished SOMETHING He asked for it, he yelled at me and hung up the phone in my face because I refused to go to WalMart and get what he wanted Seriously!?!? What am I 12 and his slave? I. think. not. He better be glad I didn't take after him and am nice I DID go get the item he requested because I planned on running by there anyway, but then...when I got there...I threw it at him He asked me what he owed me...I flatly refused his money. I CAN'T STAND HIM

I am soooooo disappointed that I threw it at him. I should have been better than that. I should have spoken to him, and HANDED him the dang medicine and left it at that, but I wanted an apology, and I know that is like wanting a glass of ice water in hell. It it SO hard to just do what is right and righteous beyond circumstance. I just need to learn a bit more self control. Honor your mother and your father is sometimes very very VERY difficult. Sometimes they do not act in a way that is worthy of honoring He rarely ever has in my life. *sigh*

To top it off DD started mouthing off to me when she came in a few hours later :/ THEN she mouthed off to her daddy I smacked her in the back of the head for that one. He is MY husband, and he may not always be the best, but he is a FAR cry from what I had to deal with and she beter wake her stupid little tail up and recognize and be ETERNALLY grateful that she has a GOOD daddy

So I have had a beautiful day other than interaction with a couple of people in my life. I got me a new blouse for church, and a new bra which I desperately NEEDED! I got DH a CD he has been wanting, and we got TV hooked back up. I know...not very SS, but we miss SO much news, and DH really misses TV. We got the cheapest package, and we will not be blowing through any more money. I gave DD a little money to get her a few clothes as well. For $20 plus $10 she had saved, the child got 3 shirts and a new hair brush, and some head bands. We have just waited SOOOOOOOOOOOO long for a little break, a small celebration seemed in order.

I'm gonna love writing out that tithe check this week

I remember my mother, who never lost her temper, she is so passive and sweet, she got mad at my brother for eating something that was for dinner and she threw a block of cheese at us. It freaked us out so much, cuz mom NEVER got mad. We all laugh about it today. No one messes with mom's cheese. LOL.

Sometimes people push and we react. None of us walk on water.

I am working on NOT losing my temper, and some days I feel like I'm gonna SPLODE!!! It is hard for me to hold it all in!! I am trying. For the most part, it is working. Self control, self control, self control...my new mantra is don't kill him/her they aren't worth the paperwork.. I have a lot of self centered folks in my life, and the rest are always needy *sigh* I like being needed, but I have needs sometimes too helloooooo

I went shopping today to stock up on a few items and gather donations for the nursing home. I came home with $115 worth of merchandise for $63!! I used 23 coupons The manager was mad at me because their computer was not taking some of the coupons and I told her to suck it up and get it done(she is a friend of mine). She laughed and told me to never come back into her store

Little neighbor niece(8) is over here to help me cook dinner and she will be eating with us. She has BEGGED her mom to let her come over for 3 days. I dunno why she loves it over here so much She's so sweet though, and we have fun cooking together

My sister didn't speak to me for a decade after I told her to quit asking for stuff. I told she was 18 and could sink or swim.

She is only NOW starting to talk to me and she still keeps her distance. *laughs*

My sister hasn't spoken to me in years. Looooong story. Neither of our faults, but she blames me. She has yet to grow up, and just turned 30 last week Some people are just perpetually dysfunctional.

Okay I am about to go off... DD14, who has been a terror for the last TWO WHOLE freakin days...just run that mouth until I grounded her for two days. I made her finish up the chore(cleaning HER bathtub) that I have been TRYING to get her to do ALLLLLLLLLLL DAY, and what does she do? Slam the dang cabinet and break the door off Not just a break at the hinge, but an actual break in the WOOD about 2 inches from the hinge

I grounded her until the first of October What. a. brat.

I will never be able to match that cabinet door. DH is gonna try to fix it with wood glue I am SOOOOOO VERY ANGRY and TRYING TO HOLD IT IN!!!!
