wahoo on the stock! We've got to do that too... I've got heads and feet from the farm to throw in the pot with the chicken, so that should make some good stock. Maybe next weekend when we're back....

I don't like cleaning up after cooking but I don't mind cleaning up in general... I'm just not a fan of cooking in the first place :p

I have a bator question: I got a hydrometer, and humidity is between 28 % and 34 %. How can I fix it? Thanks WBF!
Add a little bit of water to the next section of the tray. It needs to be up just a bit. Remember it is surface area of the water that raises the humidity, so add some water surface area to the bottom tray.
Okay I will Thanks!!

When do you usually start seeds and plant outdoors around here WBF?
(as in...how long do i have to get my boxes built before the "get things in the ground" rush hits LOL!
We start in February around here with cold hardy crops like brassicas and leaf lettuce and greens.
I start in late Sept. for my "cold hardy crops" this is how they look right now.
All kinds of Radishes, spinach, cilantro, lots of types of lettuces.

There is one good thing about living in the desert! We grow great salads in the winter here!

:th :th :th I got a truckload of produce today, and JUST got home! I still have half of it in the truck to pass out tomorrow.

DH got the truck stuck in the yard today while I was trying to clean house, and it took us about 3 hours to get it out :/ RIGHT after that i got the call to come get the produce. So I sent niece #1 home, and took niece #2 home, and picked up DD's friend who is staying the night. Then I went and got the produce and stopped at about 7 or 8 houses to start distributing, then called a bunch of folks to come get some. I did somehow manage to get the house swept up and the porch cleaned off...only to have to mess it back up again with crates of food

All in all a good day, but tiring.

Pinky...I have cucumbers, eggplant, limes, and cilantro that you are more than welcome to come get or I can probably meet you in A-ville!!!! :D
