BRATS! Some of it actually looks like "mess" because some of the sweet potatoes were smushy I have squished eggplant too I just got rid of a bit more of the food, and now have it to a manageable level so I can pick over what's left and get me some stuff. I am gonna have fun drying all that cilantro nobody wanted :/ It's a good thing I know how to cook! Everytime I get a load several folks ask me "Well how do you cook that?" about some oddball stuff we get at times. If not for knowing how to use it I would've had ALOT more cilantro left than I do!! Anywho....getting out there to clean up my JUNKHEAP now You crazy people....I love ya'll buncha cocoNUTS

K I have a dehydrator full of cilantro on the front porch. I have had a burger for dinner, and collected eggs and checked the animals. I can REST!!!!!!

I wound up with two more truckloads today, and I helped load two other trucks...all by hand. My feet are SCREAMIN' so they are propped up and I am soooo done for the day I hope i get another call soon though...I had a wonderful day! I even stopped and gace the Amish folk some sweet taters There were 4 little stair step girls the Amish lady had, and they were adorable! Bright blue eyes and little brown curls sticking out from under their cute little bonnets I gave them some cherry tomatoes to snack on and they all grinned in unison...it was TOO cute! I love kids

Speaking of kids, DD left the top off the goat feed before she went to her friends house The goats look like you could roll them across the yard :/ Gonna have to watch and make sure the idiots don't die from all that grain. DD is in SO much trouble when she gets home though. She knows better than that, but she was in a rush to go to her friends house I love kids....love to squish them

I have soooooo much stuff leftover from those loads I dunno if I will be able to use all of it. I have a friend coming tomorrow to get some of it, but probably won't really knock a dent in it. I think I covered most of the county today giving it out, and still have a good bit left. I need to search for a few recipes for eggplant

yeah, I'm about to go to bed here very very shortly. Manual labor tends to make me tired Whew, it was fun though! However I am glad it is done for a bit!
