WBF, you and I sound so much alike in our personalities.... I'm a stickler for details too.

Don't get too caught up in them, I hope it doesn't take you too long to complete!!

I got tired of the feeling of dread and tackled it and finished it. It wasn't quite as bad as I thought, and I only wrote 3 pages :hide SO MANY darn questions!!! :barnie It's like they're trying to steal your soul :hide

I made homemade barbecue sauce for the chicken this afternoon, opened a can of pork and beans, and fried some spicy taters :drool It was pretty goooood! I ate too much :/ I skipped lunch today for some dumb reason and was STARVING by the time I got the food done. I had to stop mid cooking and milk the goat. She was getting ancy on the stand demanding to be milked this afternoon  I am SO glad she has gotten used to it though! WHEW! Now I need to go down to the neighbors and take care of some things. She's having issues with her DD and i'm gonna see if I can talk some sense into the girl before her mother kills her...it's pretty bad, so she called me in this time. She is actually afraid to handle this one herself, so I'm going to bail out my buddy, and jerk a knot in a kids tail. Be back shortly :p

Boy! You really do run a full-service operation over there, don't ya!? :gig
Yeah...I guess so. I'm just very actively involved in my community/neighborhood. They are involved in the raising of mine too. When I'm ready to pop her head off DD goes over there for an adttitude adjustment. It keeps us sane, and the kids behaving......MOST of the time. Some of our local young ladies are developing some horrible habits, and us moms are crackin down on the little heathens before they get out of hand :p

Anyway, the kid has issues and her issues are my friends weakness, she can't deal with her. She has a lot on her plate with her dad living there and having cancer and running back and forth for treatments, and this child is her deceased sisters youngun, who passed two years ago, and the kid just clams up, and will NOT listen, or discuss her issues. They need an outsider that she respects to talk with her sometimes, and then she's fine for a while..until the next episode. I feel for them. The girl is down here half the time. She came down the other day for help with Algebra homework. We raise each others kids around here to a large degree. :hu It's just our way of life I 'spose. She just needs some levelling sometimes to get her butt back on track and get all the griping out of her system, and where my friend hasn't the patience to listen, I offer my ears, and then tell the kid to straighten her butt up or face the consequences, then I usually give her a hug, offer her to come down here for a break when she needs it rather than being a jerk to her mom/aunt, and come home. :hu She's usally good for at least a few weeks. :) Kids are so crazy :p Sometimes they need someone ther than parents to give them a clue. Nothing wrong with that ;)

Some of ours are relatives as well, but not these. I have known them for about a year. It always impresses me that folks trust me with their children in pretty short time. It's flattering. I just love kids anyway though and half the neighborhood is in my yard during the summer. I love my big bunch of brats :love
