No no noooooo....catfish, hushpuppies, homemade fries, and homemade cole slaw! No beans and greens with catfish! It's a greasy, fattening meal that you have to use your fingers to eat(all but the slaw)! It has to be messy or it isn't good...kinda like tacos Beans, greens, and cornbread goes with fried okra and squash fresh out of the garden!

I am bored and anxious to get my greenhouse finished. The kids are back from practice and playing with their RC cars again.

Well hushpuppies are just little single serve fried cornbreads with onions

So I am about to go out and take pics of the greenhouse as it stands. It's framed out, but not got the windows or plastic up yet. We're going to install the plastic first then the windows and cut out around the holes and staple the plastic down inside the framework. It's nothing spectacular, and it is only 13x16, but it'll work for now! Everything except the plastic and lumber was free and/or salvaged. I think I have $180 in it counting all the hardware for the screen door and stuff. Hope we get finished today!!! I'll post pics shortly, and then post final pics later today or Monday if we don't get done today.
