this is insane!

had an inch here this morning but with temps near 50 it is gone.

yes, the snow we had the other evening is now gone with the warmer wind melting it all off. good deal as that let me get outside today and should be warm enough for more gardening work tomorrow too. i really needed a few more days and am so glad it looks like we got them.

Well..... things are looking up!


After a week of constant snow, I can see SKY! Truly... kind of surreal at this point... but yep, still there.

And, the slight warm up did not make the snow clumpier... it still was fine in the snow blower.




I am thrilled.

Snow is in the forecast... but I think we have a 3 day break.... so all good!

at times like that we call the sun a UFO.

Makes me feel like a vampire when we haven't seen the sun for a few weeks, or months. It comes out and is very painful even with sunglasses on. I'm very sensitive to light, though.

How much accumulation do you have?

It snowed maybe 3.5 feet??? But it settled and now looks like 2ish.... about.

Lots of drifting and such since it was so light and fluffy.

woke up to an inch of snow! the wet snowball making kind. it is already starting to melt as it is 36 degrees.

It was rainy and 43 yesterday, in the teens overnight so everything is ice! And it’s crazy windy and around 28.
