Yeah, kinda like birthdays after a while--it's just another year......

Almost Self-Reliant
For us...Hubby gets off work at 8 pm...I have a small "buffett" style table of munchies....
Shrimp
BBQ meatballs
Cheese squares
Nachos
Hot wings
and Chili with cornbread.
Just me and the hubby tonight...sitting in front of that " one eyed monster" ( the TV) and we will have ONE glass of wine to ring in the new year...then off to bed!
I know...we are such "party animals!" LOL Getting older means getting smarter! No hangovers for us!

Out to pasture
Probably watch New York ring in the new year and go to bed early. I've been sick with a cold for over a week and SO is coming down with one.
I will probably get woke up at midnight by fireworks and neighbors making noise and then will cough myself back to sleep

Late For Supper
Wife and I always head down to Snow Trails for an evening of skiing, then we hit the lounge in the ski lodge and listen to the band until about 10:30 or 11:00, then head home before all the drunks hit the road. For this evenings dining, we have some coconut shrimp and breaded sour kraut balls.........and wine.
