24 pints of pulled pork. 16 quarts diced potatoes with onions and red bell peppers. Okay, so they turned pink from the peppers. But they taste fantastic. Live and learn !

A little late in posting this, but a couple of days ago I canned 16 quarts of whole tomatoes from tomatoes in the deep freeze. Cheery red jars sure are nice in this rainy bleak weather!

I'm canning a big ol pumpkin I got 15pts... Great for soups and breads...

I canned 3 chickens earlier this week I got 8 pts of meat and 11pts of broth... :drool I had to freeze a few jars because I didn't feel like running the canner for another 90min for only 3pts... I need to get me another smaller pressure cooker for my extras that don't fit in my big one... That way I can get them all done together...

12 pints of baby carrots I got on sale.
10 pints taco meat from 40 cents a pound ground beef.

Doesn't count as canning, but am testing soup in a jar recipes: Chicken noodle, beef barley wild rice, cream of potato, leek and mushroom.

Ldy, are those dehydrated soup in a jar recipes that you are testing? If so, please post your results! Probably in another thread so we can find it later....

Free, Ldy, anyone at all...
I've already used up all my wide mouth pint jars. all the wide mouth pint jars were gone from the stores, but they did have quarts (On sale whoo hoo!). Could I/Do you can meatloaf in quarts? How long to process? Same as for ground meats? My guidelines say 90 minutes for quarts of ground meats. That is for hot pack though, and unless I baked the loaves first, I couldn't do hot pack. Help please!

I would do 90. When i do pints of meatloaf it is cold pack and I do it for 75, which is the same recommendation as for cooked. Actually, lots of raw pack meats have the same process time as cooked, IIRC.
