Had baked chicken with the bourbon peach bbq sauce I canned earlier this summer. It was great, would be even better if cooked on the grill to caramelize (grill is inaccessible at the moment)
Are you willing to share your Bourbon Peach BBQ sauce recipe?
I just canned a batch of Peach Comfort Sauce (peaches, brown sugar, and Southern Comfort).
I still have 1/2 a bushel of peaches to can up.

I purchased a 20 # box of peaches. Not cling free. They were $40. This was the best price I could find. They were delish however. I waited until they were medium ripe and some spots were molding. I cut, simmered in a light sugar liquid and then water bathed them yesterday. We will enjoy good fruit this winter and the light syrup is a delight.

Can I mix fresh and canned or frozen veggies to make a soup to then pressure can? I don't have fresh peas but was going to add canned or frozen right at the end.
