I have been canning soup each week all winter. I made mostly vegetable beef, chili, and bean soup. I have also made chicken, pea, and french onion. We have a wall of cabinets as our pantry. There are 9 regular upper cabinets on the wall. My goal is to fill 6 of them before spring gets here. I have about 5 or 6 canner loads to go to fill them up. I have an All American canner that holds 14 quarts in each load, so I still have a bit of work to do. But it looks like we are going to see some spring like weather this week, so I better get busy.
