Wifezilla, now that I have freed up some real estate in the pantry, I am going to make your salsa recipe!
I just transferred my latest batch of sauerkraut to fridge containers.
My pickles are about 3/4 gone, thanks to me. They were wonderfully easy to make!!! I am going to keep making them as long as I can get cukes. They are crispy and nice and sour. YUM!
I also just transferred my carrots and cauliflower to fridge containers. Anyone ever eat at Mexican restaurants where they also serve pickled carrots and cauliflower etc right next to their salsa? Well, my fermented version tastes even better. It was also very easy to make. Next batch I am going to add jalapeno.
Kom. tea is still working its magic in the pantry. It looks the same, just more white fuzzy blobs on the surface.
Off to wash all of my crocks...
