I am pleased to announce that the last of the 9,564 lbs (Ha!) of onions I harvested are in the dehydrator! I never want to see, cut, or smell an onion again...

Local grower has sweet "Candy" variety onion available at today's local farmer's market. Thinking of getting 15-20 to slice and throw in the dehydrator

Got just over a half gallon jar full after they finished. Will probably get some more this week. Taste almost like candy. So good and so easy to make

those are so delicious, i'm hoping some hot peppers i'm growing now will turn out but won't know until they get ripe.
