While picking pacific crabapples, I smacked myself in the face over the eye with a tree branch. No eyeball injury, just feel very bruised.

i sometimes get clawed at by some trees i have to mow under and of course i always tell myself i should get the loppers out and remove those limbs, but yet i never do...

O crabapple are the size of grapes?

Smaller than most table grapes. 1/4 to 1/2 inch. They grow in clusters. It's one of the 3 native wild North American crabapple species. Most people think of European crabapples when you say crabapple. Those are huge compared to the natives here.

As kid a neighbors crabapple tree was a favorite climb! Several mom's made great jelly from that fruit. Memories...

You should climb one now. Well, get a ladder leaned to it, go up the ladder and take a selfies. We Are not going to know,:lol:

Up early with pain in chest. Hub was not able to put new auto door. Too small for rouen ducks. So, have to open myself. It was sprinkling when I went.
Hope I can get a break in the rain so at least I can pick those tomatoes
