That was yesterday. It got down to -23°F at 4 AM. A Chinook blew in and it is already back up to -6°F now.

It helps that there is low humidity here. Up to 14°F now.

good boots, layers, keep dry and do not tie things tightly which cuts off circulation. i would go out and walk in blizzards and found it very peaceful and great exercise. for some reason i didn't worry as much up north about people driving and running over me or snowplows. around here, i don't like walking up and down the road in the middle of the day in the summer. people just don't pay attention to where they're going...
