I listed some stuff I do't need on Facebook groups. (I buy and sell A LOT on there!) I need to make some money for my traveling budget!
I have a couple of questions about how you sell things on Facebook, tortoise. I am not on Facebook, but since I now am producing some handcrafted item to sell, I have been told that Facebook is a good place to do it. So---how does a total stranger know to go to your page? Is there a directory that connects you with the things you sell, or do your customers know you and just browse your sale items? I hope I am not hijacking this thread; if so I can start a new one.tortoise said:I listed some stuff I do't need on Facebook groups. (I buy and sell A LOT on there!) The sales are happening in Facebook groups. I'm in one that is specifically buy/sell/barter for dog groomers. Run a search for groups that would be interested in what you sell. The group I'm in has just under 2,000 members. If you don't see a group you like, make one. If there is interest, it will be found. Facebook is much more successful for me than Etsy. Etsy is huge and it is hard to form a relationship. I've become facebook-friends with people in the group and those people that I relate to and converse with are more likely to buy from me.so lucky said:I have a couple of questions about how you sell things on Facebook, tortoise.
