I finally got enough Swagbucks for another Paypal gift card too

Which reminds me...thanks Em!! I hope you're enjoying the site too. Your referral put me over the needed ammount :D

I tore out some grass and dandelions to dry for my bun-buns. 1 has been out eating grass all afternoon.

I haven't done much to save money lately. Some big spending. :/

We bought 25 lbs of asparagus from a local farm. It was such a good deal!! Only $37.50 which is $1.50/lb. Sure beats $2.99 in the store for trucked in stuff!

The seat cover on our patio swing was falling apart and SO wanted to throw it out. I used a sheet I had purchased at Goodwill for about $2 and sewed a new cover. It should be good for a couple of years.

A friend of mine was going through her fabric STASH. Yes all caps, her sewing room is 75 sq ft. All neatly stacked. When it "explodes" into the media room it fills 300 sq ft. Anyhow, she has come to realize that there is no way she can possibly use all of that fabric. Mostly because she also rents a storage room that has mass amounts of fabric too. So she hauls five big bins of fun upstairs and the kidlet and I ended up with three big bags of free fabric for various projects we've been thinking of.

But I have enuf for two of the $5 amazon cards... so far I have had good luck finding codes and doing all the surveys and such.. Plus for some reason it must like the way I search cuz I get about 3 to 4 a day.
having had the tummy flu for the last few days(I got solid food in me last night and today so feeling almost human again) I had plenty of time to wander thru the site and take advantage of weird swagbuck earnings.

. . . I love mine even tho it is a bit loud, but the jiggling the whole 103 year old house during the final spin did take some getting used to!
I got a good chuckle out of that one. Ours sounds like the percussion band has come to town. Or maybe that rhythm band that beats on plastic buckets. :(

If you want even more Bucks get some referrals. You will earn through them as well. You won't get some of EVERYTHING they earn, but will earn some from their searches :D I knew it had to be you searching that bumped me on up there. Referrals are a great way to earn extras and they build up fast!! There is no limit to how many people you can refer either ;)

ETA: That is why I leave the referral link in my siggy line ;)
