I had chocolate birthday cake with chocolate icing....and for desert I had venison spaghetti and a couple of chips atrocious isn't it? I want food I can TASTE right now

At least i can taste it...couldn't taste the spaghetti or the salty chips...I hate having a cold. I can't cook when I have a cold either...never turns out right. *sigh*

It's supper time here and I had ham on top of mashed potatoes and sauerkraut with a dab of hot pepper jelly and a heaping bowl of steamed broccoli topped with cheddar.

sautee cajun chicken over giant green salad with carrots, radish, cashews and shred cheese with ranch dressing. I eat this all the time lol yummy

Texturally its like prime rib, and taste wise it is very mild and almost sweet.
No game flavor at all.
Make the best sausage ever!

We have eaten our share of brown bear as well, and if its a spring harvest, it is just as good. Summer/fall is another story, as they eat huge amounts of fish in our area.
