Yes, just on the noodles, not in the cooking liquid.

raw or cooked? raw is crunchy good sometimes, but only certain types.

Cooked, but the chips have to be added a few at a time to be crunchy

How about Clabber? My dad loved clabber and I made it for him regularly when he was here. Not that you have to do anything special to make it, lol.
