I am bored today


yup, I DON'T FEEL like doing anything

I am playing on puter

I "did a few chores" and "kinda need" to do "a TON" of things but I don't want to lift a finger today

I am lazy today pure azz lazy
lol


just fartin' around lol



so what did YOU do today? were you productive, I sure as heck am not so far lol

Got the kids off to school. Fed the 138 meat chicks, and watered. Moved the chicken tractor in the garden and gathered the eggs under it. Bottled my kombucha. Brewed more tea for sweet iced tea and for more kombucha. Headed to work, which is where I am now

Just getting started but here's my list.

Up at 4 with dh. Made his breakfast, lunch and coffee got him out the door.

I usually watch a bit of news while I drink my coffee, Joyce Meyer.

Kids up.

Two loads of dishes.

Kids fed dressed and out the door.

Shower get me dressed.

Made my bed.

Laundry moved through.

vacuumed.

Sat down to computer to putz.

Things to still do today
3 more loads of wash, I will probably put the light stuff on the line.
feed store
usual declutter
I picked about 20 bell peppers yesterday. I need to figure out what to do with them.
Start bringing in my Cushaw and pumpkins.
Water veggies.

Pick up dd from kindergarten.
Make her lunch
Older two home at 2pm.
Snack
Homework.
Start on dinner.
Feed family.
Dishes

I will probably end my day with a bit of computer time. After I get the laundry off the line that is.

Then tomorrow I will do it all again. At least try to finish the stuff I did not get done today.

2 loads of laundry, washed, hung up and folded and put away.
made kids' lunches,
made my breakfast.
SD bread, SD pancakes, SD blueberry muffins.
Fed and watered all animals--chickens, chicks, meaties, rabbits, sheep, horses, ducks, cats.
swept and washed kitchen, hallway and laundry room floors.
Got mail.
Tidied up livingroom.

Waiting for bread to finish baking, which is why I'm on the computer.

Still to do, empty manure bins and collect eggs. Shredd up some zucchini, to freeze
bake squash that is too tipe to wait.
Get supper ready.
If I have time, I need to go to the feed store for meat bird food, and orchard for apples.

Have a bunch of things to. Might actually do some of them before the day is over.

me? i gots the lazy's too, FC.

but i did get some maters canned

and washed the dog (Dog#1 - he hated it)

and washed the cat (Moose - he hated it)

then i had a clean spot on the bathroom floor from all the splashin - so you know how that goes... i had to wash the rest of it.

on the 3rd load of laundry

tried to shovel out the kitchen....... F- for sure. tried to convince hubby that i'd love him more if he did it. he wasnt buying it for a second mostly b/c yesterday i ran my mouth and told him i COULDNT love him anymore... ha! so there you go. shot myself in the foot with that one.

i keep waiting for the kitchen fairies but them b*tches aint showin' up. apparently.

its not even 3pm and i'm ready to milk that dang goat and just go to bed! sheesh!

FC, I was just about to post the exact same thing!

I am bored outta my mind right now.

I think my daughter is coming down with a cold because she's *gasp* taking a NAP. Which she hasn't done in over a year. And of course that means she won't go to bed easily tonight, grrr.

My chores are finished. House is as clean as I'm gonna make it. Leftovers for dinner, so no cooking to do.

And I'm getting over a cold so I still feel blah. If I take a nap I won't be able to sleep tonight. So I'm just sitting here...:/

Well, I worked out of town (almost 5 hours away) all weekend, so I am really, really bushed.
Woke at least 45 minutes late to a cup of coffee, a smiling hubby and a wide awake daughter who had already filled the feeders & started the filter cloth to boiling. DS went outside with me to help control the chaos.
Milked, drank another cup of coffee, put some beans on to soak, pulled out some fish for dinner and came to work eating 4 boiled eggs for breakfast. The rest, you don't want to hear about. All setting folks up for website access & advertising programs. blah
My feet and knees hurt from walking on concrete in dress shoes all weekend. I'm gonna go home, rinse the beans & put them in fresh water, eat the yummy lemon butter garlic fish DH is fixing, milk & go to bed.

I was actually productive today, thanks to a new "cocktail" of medication.

I did laundry (and actually put it away!), knitted, mended a shirt, organized the pump room (storage room / cellar), put some food into storage, went grocery shopping, started a big crockpot of tomatoes for sauce, checked in on the rabbits, cleaned out my canr, planted mums, watered the house plants, swept everything, cleaned the bathroom, washed dishes and cleaned up the kitchen.

I think that is all.

I am so thrilled with my 100 Things Challenge and simplifying my life. I barely spend any time online (that power bill should go WAY down mext month!), I'm getting a lot done, and it's so easy to keep things clean when I have a place for everything.

Love it! Taking breaks and vacation is supposed to make us more productive, right?
