What ya did today?

I was in the gym by 6:00 am, did a 1 hour cardio workout and hit the weight machines for a few minutes.
Came home and repaired a rear suspension on a customers Saturn.
Went to Planktown to meet with a fellow to buy his truck, gotta go pick it up in few minutes(6:00pm)
Went to a buddies house and we dug out, and loaded onto my trailer, his 10x12 chain link dog pen. He gave it to me so I can use it to raise meat birds in next spring.

I am now having a beer before we go pickup my new(to me anyway) pickup truck!!

Woah! That's work!

My son is staying with Grandma, so I can actually get some work done!

I went to the local hardware store about 8:30 a.m., bought a few things to paint a wought-iron railing (and I actually painted it).

I planted tulips in a newer "citified" front yard flowerbed. I weeded out my spring perennial garden for the first time this year. (Whoops! ) This involved stepping in a hidden pile of dog crap (barefoot) and getting freaked out by a toad that I almost grabbed. Fertilizer some plants.

It's clouding up and looking like rain, so I'm going to curl up with some knitting, sewing and drawing for a cozy indoor afternoon.

O yes - dogsitting a 12 week old puppy. Joy. And my dog is being insubordinate. Makes for a lovely all-around day.

Work and more work at work. Then off to class until 9 tonight- not getting nuthin done again today. I'm pretty much tied up all Mon. and Weds. with class. Keeps me at the college from 7:30a.m to 9:00pm.

today I didn't do crappola hardly

made a big batch of soap
kid off to school
fed all critters
2 giant loads of laundry
played on computer
watched a movie on tv
walked around and picked up the house a bit

and waiting to cook dinner for Tony coming home at 6:30

other than that I was a slouch all day

i was all excited to go to town today - took a shower and everything! i put on clean clothes! i was CLEAN and didnt smell like the farm and then......


..... i got stuck behind a PIG TRUCK

dang. well at least i tried.

went to town smelling like "second hand pig stink" anyway.

This mornings TO DO LIST:

Take DS to school done

Get groceries done

Bake bread done

Pick apples got DH to do that

Get DS after school DH did that also

Feed and water chickens again, DH

Gather eggs DS did it

Freeze/can/dehydrate apples meh they can sit til tomorrow

Make Laundry soap not gonna happen today

Do Laundry not until I make the soap

Make supper Its 4:45 and I have nothing started or even planned

Where did this day go???
