Last night we had tenderloin steak, onions & mushrooms, mashed potatoes and french bread. Delicious!

Whole tenderloins are on sale for $9.99 per pound, pretty good value there.
My favorite steak is sirloin and that is over $16/lb now! New York strip steaks were $21/pound.


Gah. Such prices. Restaurant supply and buy primals to cut up yourself.

i'll be making wimpy chili today. have to make up for last time's screw up. :) so Mom can eat it. i may get a few bites of ground beast while i'm cooking but not really planning on eating much of this batch. i have squash to eat and cheese and other things to finish up.
