Something with potato salad as a side. . Maybe a hamburger...have ground beef an even rolls.

I have not been making my own for a long time. Only me to eat it....so I was buying a qt at store and adding my onion. Used to be 2.37. Since it was rarely on my menu, I'd buy when a hankering. Less work & mess. Over past yr it has steadily risen in price. Yesterday, wanted some and it was 4.79!!! WTH?? I have everything at home to make it! it's done now...yum! Better than theirs.

I don't keep many white potatoes but, had several pounds from a friend. Using them now. had canned most.

Need to get back to more daily cooking, not weekend marathons for freezer meals. BUT with one, heat and eat is just easier -- so I batch cook.

Dinner rolls (frozen brown and serve)
Spring mix salad
