Boston butt in oven. Baked beans wii soon join it. Potatoes to bake later. Thawed some chicken pieces to use oven heat...good for chicken salad. Lunches, ya know 😄
Sounds yumilicious!!

I've had some pork chunks simmering with onions, garlic, green chilis, bay leaf, mexican oregano, mushrooms, and a few potatoes. Just transferred it all to the oven to finish off - low and slow. No particular dish planned with it - just cooked it because it needed to be cooked. Might wrap a low carb tortilla around some of it and call it a taco, lol.

would work for me too. with a squirt of hot sauce or some salsa. i'm drooling... :)
It turned out really well! It was great with a topping of fresh chopped red onion, grated cheese and the requisite hot sauce topper.

Might try some for breakfast with a fried egg on top.

Pot roast. Veggies, etc. Probably bake a butternut while oven is going. Have 5 sitting in waiting.🫤

Had to move stuff from chest freezer, to fit more in :duc :love and not all fits in frig freezer. Cooking the roast.

Package leftovers in bags...flat like, I can fit into a couple nooks. 🥴 I could NOT pass on butterball turkey at 50cent a pound! Two 20-22# followed me home. Thinking one at Christmastime.
