DH is so easy to cook for. He could absolutely eat hamburger (patties - not necessarily sandwiches) and sausage for every meal and not get tired of it, lol. He's a carnivore for sure.

Stir fry sounds great!

haha! yes, i understand that, we do plain patties for our burgers too here, just fried with a little butter and garlic salt and we do like to warm up some canned mushrooms to go with them, but that's about it.

when i feel like condiments my favorite combination is plenty of Miracle Whip, ketchup, gobs of onions and tomato. the more it looks like a train wreck the better. :)

it is a massive amount to eat as we make rather large patties, i don't have to eat anything the rest of the day.

i don't really trust ground meat so these are cooked to just below medium (slight pink inside) and i also do not squeeze the juice out of them so when i cut into them on the plate they squirt juice all over the plate.

tonight was half a ham and cheese sandwich and a few cookies (those cookies are now gone so i can get to work on some other ones tomorrow). i did have some asparagus and sardines for lunch.
