We ate a late lunch at 2:00 of leftover lamb burgers. For supper, I fixed a salad and then we had bowls of cereal.

picked up some pork "riblets" at the store yesterday; I smeared them with a bit of bbq sauce (LC of course) and broiled them for something like 4 minutes on each side. Served them with a green salad and a vegetable mix I found with Kale and carrots. Very tasty and quick.

Salmon tonight- I mixed 3 tablespoons of wasabi paste into 3/4 cup of mayonnaise and put it over the salmon fillets, then baked for 15 minutes. OMG it was good. Added green salad and some frozen peas and that was it... the whole dinner took less than 20 minutes to prepare

We made a giant freezer stock crock pot of slow cooked baked beans with chucnks of left over smoked ham. Smoked corn on the cob & a spinning yard bird. Oh, I mixed up a batch of homemade seasoning with various spices and etc. Salty sweet & heat.

@Farmer Connie do you have your own spice mix bottle?

As always, everything looks so good!

Last night was shrimp fettuccini in alfredo sauce with LOTS of chopped garlic. I made garlic French bread and a salad. Tonight was leftovers.

YES! lol.....We buy bulk bags from a restaurant distributor.
Big bags. That was a special blend of various spices. I threw together stuff like salt, black pepper, paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, hot pepper, ground dried thyme & rosemary- etc. An excellent BBQ complement seasoning. Hubby printed the label as a novelty. It's a used up old shaker of garlic powder.. now re-used. Our dinner guests get a kick out of it.
