I made a meaty ragu sauce. It might be a favorite food - I dont miss pasta. Hit my nutrition goals easily with it.

Diced onion
Diced mushroom
Venison bone broth
2 cups finely chopped spinach
Leftover pizza sauce
Leftover cooked prosciutto, finely chopped
Finely diced pepperoni
Organic chicken apple sausage slices
Fresh tomato
Strained canned tomato

Cooked in crockpot on high for 2 hours. Then forgot it and cooked down the liquid, and added the reserved liquid from the canned tomatoes

all sounds good to me. :) you can take spaghetti noodles and wave them over it and that will be good enough.

first i had some graham crackers and milk and then a few other crackers with some thin sliced hard salami. i don't buy this sort of thing very often, but once or twice a year. i'll have a few chunks of carrots later if i really think i have to eat some more but i hope i'll just forget and go to sleep. :)

I have a dozen varieties of cheese in my fridge, hard boiled eggs, and summer sausage for suppers like this. And baby spinach too!

I switched to a less-addicting cracker though. I'm a sucker for club and ritz crackers, I can't eat them in moderation. I like these little crackers. (they're very small!) just enough crunch and salt to go with my toppings

Food has been limited recently for me (last two months). Not much I can do about it. System doesn't tolerate much of a range of food, or even much food at all.

However, looking forward to lupper (lunch/supper), today! Planning on iceburg lettuce salad, with endive, red onion, olive oil from Sicily. Endive is a new thing for me, so good. Either salmon or tuna fillets, to go with the salad, and baked sweet potato, with lots of butter.

:hugsThat is a tough spot to be in. Shortages make it harder. I hope your situation gets better. :hugs
